Bardia is a commercially minded CFO with 15 years of experience across a diverse range of sectors, including financial and professional services, technology and private equity with a proven track record of success in leading finance functions for start-ups, SMEs, and public companies.
Bardia started working with David and Ben at Havisham Group in 2014 having graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in accounting and finance from University of Warwick. He joined Havisham Group to oversee the finance, tax and legal aspects of the investment portfolio and to act as a finance operations advisor to the portfolio companies. Bardia served on the board of Huntswood as a NED between 2020 and 2024 and was closely involved in the sale of the company to Results CX.
Bardia is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) as well as the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA).
Outside of work Bardia enjoys travelling, cooking for family and friends, playing chess and exercising.
